Work description:

1. Maintain financial records (soft/hard) and analyze financial reports to ensure accurate information is available for planning.
2. Be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of computerized financial and accounting books.
3. Take care of cash payments
4. Ensure the accurate preparation of the applicable tax check deduction and obtain the approval of the competent authority for payment
5. Calculation of taxes and making sure of the filing of challans in the government treasury
6. Review invoices raised by suppliers
7. Register of receipts of cash expenses
8. Ensure petty cash and its reconciliation before the end of the month and replenishment
9. To maintain smooth coordination with other departments.
