Application form submission procedure:

1. Candidates who have a Matric qualification will apply after completing the Punjab Medical College Condenser Course.
2. Candidates with disabilities / Special Persons must attach proof of registration from the Department of Social Welfare along with the Certificate of Disability issued by the District Permanent Medical Board.
3. Applicant must visit (NTS) website www.nts.org.pk.
4. The candidate must present the duly completed application form, a copy of the CNIC and two recent passport-size photographs, directly
5. to NTS the direct courier at the address mentioned in the application form. The date of the written test will be communicated to eligible / shortlisted candidates only through NTS
6. . Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date or closing of office hours on the last date for the submission of the application will not be accepted.
7. The application completed in all respects must reach NTS until 12-31-2021 until 3.00 p.m.
8. Candidates must have at least 50% NTS scores to qualify. 9. In case of a large number of candidates who qualify for the NTS test, the appointing authority reserves the right to decide on any proportion of the candidates' threshold scores.
