The Cakes
& Bakes Management Trainee program is designed to nurture the potential and
hone the skills of young graduates. This will provide insight for recent
graduates to work in a dynamic environment and learn retail business processes
in real time. The program focuses on retail and branch management. The duration
of the program will be 3 months. Exceptional artists will be offered a
permanent opportunity within the company.
