Client services:
Error-free execution of all customer / branch-based financial transactions (cash receipt and payments) and all other non-financial transactions as per delegated authority and SOPs, to ensure accurate processing and optimal customer satisfaction.
Control and compliance:
Implement all processes according to the bank's Standard Operating Procedures and agreed KPIs to ensure policy compliance and maintain branch performance.
Verify and monitor assigned branch operational reports to mitigate operational risk and help the branch achieve a satisfactory audit rating.
Branch Security:
Protect your safe, stationery, and ATM, while processing transactions, to maintain security and reduce banks' exposure to undue risk.
Report suspicious transactions to the Branch Operations Manager or Cashier Manager when necessary, to ensure further escalation to compliance in a timely manner.
Make sure all charges are recovered in accordance with the Customers Bank Charge Schedule (SOBC) to avoid financial loss.
Reporting
Maintain all cash-related cash / MIS transaction reports in a timely manner as per defined policies, to facilitate reporting to regulatory bodies (SBPs) and senior management.
Operational execution
Keep Cash On Hand and Vault in accordance with state bank clean note policy and assigned cash in safe limits to avoid regulatory penalties / excessive premium payments and achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
Make sure the cash balance is reconciled to the available GL cash in all currencies to mitigate cash differences.
