The Digital Learning and Skills Enrichment Initiative (DLSEI) is an initiative of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan in partnership with Coursera. DLSEI intends to enhance online learning and skill development among passionate learners. They will be able to access courses and certifications from the best universities in the world and will have the opportunity to enroll in the highest ranked and most expensive online courses.
Students from public/private universities will be able to use the licenses at a rate of 8,000 PKR/license. Students will be able to access more than 1,000 courses and certifications from top-tier global universities and companies.
For Registration DLSEI:
- Fill out the registration form by clicking here.
- Pay the license registration fee to the listed bank accounts.
- Upload the bank fee receipt along with the latest proof of enrollment/student card.
- After verification, you will receive an invitation link from Coursera. In the event that verification fails, please contact DLSEI Help Desk.
- By clicking the invite link, you will be redirected to the Coursera portal, where you can create a Coursera account (if you haven't already).
- After creating your account on the HEC Coursera Portal, you can start enrolling in over 1,000 courses and specializations.
- Start learning!
- Students must pay the stipulated amount into the following account and provide proof of payment with their online application:
