Rehmatul Lil Alameen Scholarship for Intermediate and undergraduate students 2021-Online Apply 

The Punjab government has announced a Rehmatul Lil Alameen Scholarship worth 1 billion for intermediate and college students. The scholarship portal for the Rehmatul lil Alameen scholarship 2021 is now open. Last year scholarships were awarded to 10,851 students. This year 29,142 scholarships are reserved. Most of the scholarships are for intermediate students, but there are also undergraduate scholarships available.

The Punjab Department of Higher Education has received a large number of applications from the 36 districts of Punjab. Taking into account the response of students to the scholarship program, the Punjab department of higher education has announced the extension in term.

For intermediate students, PKR will be awarded: 25,000 / - per student. The CM said the Rehmatul Lil Alameen Scholarship has been established. The Rahmatul lil Alameen Chair (PBUH) will be established in the divisional universities along with the provision of fellowships for research on the Blessed Life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in international universities.

Eligibility Criteria for the Rehmatul Lil Alameen Scholarship

• The Rehmatul Lil Alameen Scholarship will be awarded to public school students based on the following categories

SSC results

• The scholarship awarded based on the results of the SSC will have the following criteria:
•  Students who have obtained at least 60% marks in the SSC exams of any public sector school and have obtained admission to a public sector college within two years of passing the SSC exams. 
• Be using any other scholarship. Students from Science and Humanities groups in a ratio of 60:40, respectively, based on a fair gender distribution.

For need-based Rehmatul lil Alameen scholarship applicants, the following criteria must be met

• Parents' income must be less than or equal to Rs. 25000 / - per month.
•  Parents must not own more than 05 acres of agricultural land or 5 urban Marla properties .
• Note: Of the 50% need-based scholarships, a 10% fee will be reserved for the children of government employees (Grade 1 - 4).

For merit-based Rehmatul lil Alameen scholarship applicants, the following criteria must be met

• The candidate must have the highest score in his / her respective district as selected by the Department of Higher Education in light of the results issued by the boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
•  The applicant's score is verified from the data provided by the meetings in Punjab through.
• The HEP For students who gain admission to a public sector institute outside their own district, their merit will be determined based on the district of residence. 
• Note: The merit of the candidacy will be decided based on their district / place of residence, not the place or district where they are admitted.
