Education: BBA / MBA (Min. Graduate)

Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales coordination / business analysis

Skills requirement:

• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Quantitative mindset and analytical skills.
• Experience with Business Analytics.
• Advanced MS Excel (eg pivot tables, MS queries, array formulas, user-defined functions, macros, etc.).
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and others.

Job duties:

• Capable of defining business requirements for ad-hoc reports, dashboards, analytics and reports for various business areas.
• Perform data analysis to support executive decisions.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of the data model, data relationships, mappings, and reports.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of the department's business performance against budget, financial, and operational targets.
• Stay up-to-date with needs and strategies; use formal and informal methods of written communication to communicate updates and findings; and facilitation of meetings and project presentations.
