We are seeking candidates for the position of Regional Compliance Manager who will be responsible for conducting supervisory reviews to ensure that the business is in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Fundamental responsibilities:
- Perform periodic compliance tests of the branches according to the approved visit plan.
- Examine on-site verification of compliance with the Prudential Regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Bank's own SOPs, especially with respect to KYC / AML issues and other key risk areas.
- Verify compliance with the issues reported in the SBP Inspection Reports / Internal Audit Reports / External Audit Reports / Internal Control Reports.
- Prepare branch review reports and send them to the Head of Unit, Regional Compliance for further discussion and share them with Senior Management.
- Advise staff on Prudential Regulations and operational issues.
- Conduct training in the branches at the end of each Compliance Review.
- Assist the Head of Compliance in the preparation of the compliance plan / program for the branches.
- In addition to routine compliance training during the branch compliance review, KYC / AML and compliance training is also provided when required by the Learning / Training department to newly added batches and existing staff.
- Take the initiative in improving / enriching compliance work procedures.
- Conduct investigations and inquiries for misappropriation and staff misconduct.
- Carry out any other assignment entrusted to you by the Compliance Officer.
