Launch of the Bahimat Buzurg program under the
Ehsas Punjab program
Punjab's Chief Minister Usman Bazdar launched the Courageous Elders Program, under which a monthly stipend will be awarded to citizens over 65 years of Age.

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب عثمان بزدار نے باہمت بزرگ پروگرام کا افتتاح کردیا ، جس کے تحت 65 سال سے زائد العمر شہریوں کو ماہانہ وظیفہ دیا جائے گا
Ba-Himmat Buzurg Program under Ehsas Punjab Program 2021 - Eligibility Criteria
Only seniors living below the poverty line of 18, 16 and 30
will be included in this Bahimat Buzurg Program, while only one person from the
family will be eligible.
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar said that citizens aged
65 and over throughout Punjab would receive a monthly stipend of Rs 2,000.
Women will be given priority in the program In the absence of a woman, her elderly husband will be entitled to a stipend.

In case of social pension, Rs. 6,000 will be given every three months. Enrollment camps will be established at all levels of the province. In view of the coronavirus, fewer than 150 people should be called to the center daily.
Three registration centers have been established in the
Multan district, including the Aligarh College Gulgasht, Committee Hall
Shujaabad and Jinnah Hall Jalalpur Parwala centers. A meeting was held
yesterday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Amir Khattak to review
the registration arrangements in the Multan district. Addressing the meeting,
Deputy Commissioner Amir Khattak said that the registration process for the
Bahimat Buzurg Program will continue for three months.
