The Trainee Business Officer (TBO) program is an initiative taken in this regard to inject Latest new graduates and facilitate their transition from universitys to business environment to use their skills efficiently. The TBO program aims to provide development opportunities to prospective recent graduates and instill a culture of open communication and meritocracy.
Brief job description:
The primary responsibility is to manage the core business / branch functions in accordance with the bank's vision of providing front-line banking services to its valued customers. After comprehensive training, they will be strategically located throughout the bank in all areas of banking, from bank branches to support offices and rise as a credit officer, trade officer, relationship manager, and cashier services supervisor, etc., which will help them lay the groundwork. for success throughout their careers.
Criteria for contracting TBO:
The eligibility criteria will be based, among others, on the areas / points mentioned below:
Minimum 16 years of education from HEC Higher Education Commission recognized institutes / universities.
Applicant awaiting their final academic results are not eligible to apply.
A 2nd division is allowed throughout the academic career.
The age must not exceed 26 years as of July 31, 2021.
NTS written test.
