Key Responsibilities: -
The position of Head of Research exists to provide
comprehensive guidance in the writing process under PLICL by preparing an
adopted strategy for various products and regions, as well as establishing a
business plan, strategic product goals and appropriate regional objectives to
be provided. This position will also oversee and monitor the work of the
districts through the full management, and provide guidance and support where
necessary. This position will also serve as a member of the Writing Committee
on the creation of new products and markets, formulate written policies, set
out guidelines for assessing the various types of associated insurance risk, to
obtain premiums
